SENSIO successful in delivery to 33 countries of first worldwide live 3D event
MONTREAL – July 13, 2010 – SENSIO® Technologies Inc. (TSX.V:SIO) is proud to announce that the broadcast to cinemas, live and in 3D, of the 2010 FIFA World Cup South Africa™ has been a resounding success. From the first kickoff on June 11, SENSIO® 3D technology enabled soccer fans all over the world to view 25 FIFA World Cup matches live, in 3D and on the big screen. Over the 30 days of the championship, over 4,500 screenings of its most popular games took place across the globe in 475 cinemas in 33 countries.

SENSIO TECHNOLOGIES - GRANT OF STOCK OPTIONS
Montreal, QC, July 12, 2010 - SENSIO Technologies Inc. (“SENSIO”) (TSX Venture Exchange Inc.: SIO), the inventor of SENSIO®3D technology, announces that the members of its Board of Directors have approved, effective July 12, 2010, the grant of 20,000 stock options to a manager of SENSIO, entitling him to purchase 20,000 shares at the price of $0.97 per share, representing the closing price of the shares on July 9, 2010. The options expire on July 12, 2015.

Patrick Whittingham Joins SENSIO Board of Directors
MONTREAL — May 13, 2010 — SENSIO® Technologies Inc. (SENSIO) (TSX-V: SIO) announced today that Patrick Gerald Whittingham has joined the SENSIO board of directors. Whittingham’s distinguished career in the media industry includes 28 years with Sony, most recently as president of the Sony Broadcast and Production Systems Division at Sony Electronics (USA). He now serves as president of Toronto-area media technology consulting firm PGW & Associates and also sits on the boards of Miranda Technologies, Front Porch Digital and AZCAR Technologies Inc.

SENSIO RELEASES ITS FINANCIAL RESULTS FOR THE THIRD QUARTER
MONTREAL, QC, April 29, 2010 – SENSIO Technologies Inc. (“SENSIO” or “the Company”) (TSX Venture Exchange Inc.: SIO), inventor of SENSIO®3D technology, presents the financial results for its third quarter ended February 28, 2010. In this quarter, SENSIO took a major step forward in carrying out its business plan when it announced that the Company’s technology had been selected by Vizio Inc. The American manufacturer had the highest sales of LCD HD televisions in the United States in 2009 with 18.7% of total TV sales. SENSIO also used this quarter to solidify its financial position, thanks to a $10,016,500 bought deal private placement closed in December 2009. “During this quarter, we demonstrated the viability of our business model by concluding an agreement with the #1 television manufacturer in the United States. We also solidified our financial position, which will allow us to accelerate our marketing efforts, protect our intellectual property, and show potential partners a solid balance sheet. These achievements place us in a strong position, with major assets that will help our marketing efforts take shape and generate revenue from the consumer market,” explained Nicholas Routhier, Chairman and CEO of SENSIO.

SENSIO and Grass Valley to Collaborate Towards Integrated Professional 3D Encoding Solution – on demo at 2010 NAB Show
LAS VEGAS, NV — April 12, 2010 — SENSIO Technologies Inc. (“SENSIO”) (TSX-V: SIO) today announced that it is collaborating with Grass Valley™ at the 2010 National Association of Broadcasters (“NAB”) Show to demonstrate the future integration of the SENSIO® 3D Encoder IP Core with the Grass Valley ViBE EM3000 H.264 HD Encoder. The demo at the Grass Valley booth (“SL106”) will show how H.264 compression algorithms will be optimized by Grass Valley and SENSIO for delivery of superior-quality 3D images, even at the smallest bit rates required for broadcast or VOD services. The two companies will introduce their forthcoming solution at this year’s NAB and will work closely together thereafter to optimize their collaborative solution.
