(“Clarus”), on behalf of the syndicate of underwriters, to increase the size of the offering by $1,690,000. Under the revised agreement, the Company will issue an aggregate of 3,350,000 common shares at a purchase price of $2.60 per common share for gross proceeds of $8,710,000.
