RMA – Returned Merchandise Authorization
RMA and shipping instructions
- Fill out all the appropriate blanks on the RMA form;
- Email the RMA request form to support@sensio.tv who will issue an RMA number and return the form to you;
- Include a copy of this RMA form in each box being returned;
- Write the RMA number boldly on the side of the box;
- Cut out and paste provided Shipping Label on top of the box (see form page 2);
- Ship to SENSIO Technologies Inc. (do not forget to include your commercial invoice).
